Job Description:
Dentons Canada is seeking a part-time Customer Support Representative to work remotely from Montreal, Quebec. This entry-level position is ideal for energetic and hardworking individuals who possess strong analytical and presentation skills.
Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Providing accurate information about products and services - Resolving customer complaints in a professional and timely manner - Maintaining customer records and updating databases - Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Previous customer service experience is a plus
