Job Description - Customer Support Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:


Toyota Motor Manufacturing Canada is seeking a passionate and confident Customer Support Representative to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, but a strong work ethic and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service are a must.


Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolving customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency - Providing product information and assistance to customers - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Keeping up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Participating in training and professional development opportunities as required


Requirements: - Passion for customer service and helping others - Confidence in communicating with customers and colleagues - Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Access to a quiet workspace and reliable internet connection - High school diploma or equivalent - Must be based in Vancouver, British Columbia, CA
