Job Description - Customer Support Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:


SanDisk, a leading provider of storage solutions, is seeking a part-time Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. This position offers remote work flexibility, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. As an Associate Level Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, ensuring their inquiries and concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and live chat in a timely and efficient manner - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers - Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system - Collaborate with other teams, such as technical support and sales, to resolve customer issues effectively - Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback to management - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers


Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer support or a related field - Hardworking and passionate about providing excellent customer service - Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Highly adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
