Job Description - Customer Support Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:


Mondelez International, a global leader in the snack industry, is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our team in a remote work capacity in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in customer support roles.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat to resolve inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, order status, refunds, and returns. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and provide feedback for product improvements. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system. 5. Act as a brand ambassador and uphold Mondelez International's reputation for excellent customer service. 6. Contribute to team meetings and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience. 7. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to better serve customers.


Requirements: 1. Motivated and hardworking individual with a passion for customer service excellence. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanor. 3. Strong planning and research skills to anticipate customer needs and provide effective solutions. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team, demonstrating reliability and accountability. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus.
