Job Description - Customer Support Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:


Kohl’s is seeking a dedicated and reliable Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia, working remotely on a part-time basis. As an Entry Level position, we require at least 1 year of experience in customer support or a related field.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Utilize persuasion skills to upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers - Assist with project management tasks, coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to optimize the customer support process and improve overall efficiency - Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers - Act as a brand ambassador for Kohl’s, embodying our values and promoting a positive image to customers


Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers - Proven experience in providing high-quality customer support - Persuasion skills to drive sales and meet performance targets - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Proficient in using customer support software and CRM systems - Dedication to providing exceptional service and going above and beyond for customers - Reliable and self-motivated, able to work independently in a remote setting - Willingness to learn and adapt to new technology and processes
