Job Description - Customer Support Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:


Anadarko Petroleum is seeking a part-time Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. This position will be remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. As an Associate Level role, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer support or similar role.


Responsibilities: - Provide top-notch customer support through various channels, including email, phone, and chat - Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by going above and beyond to meet their needs - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Assist with other administrative tasks as needed


Requirements: - Driven and independent personality traits - Strong emotional intelligence and decision-making skills - Must have at least 4 years of experience in customer support or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software - A strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
