Job Description - Customer Support Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:


Diamond Schmitt Architects is seeking a part-time Customer Support Specialist to join our team in a remote work capacity. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience in a customer support role. The ideal candidate will possess a confident and resourceful personality, with strong research and leadership skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Providing exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat channels. 2. Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Assisting customers with product information, troubleshooting, and technical support. 4. Collaborating with internal teams to address customer needs and improve processes. 5. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and feedback. 6. Contributing to customer support-related projects and initiatives.


Requirements: 1. At least 3 years of experience in a customer support role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset. 4. Comfortable working remotely and independently. 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer support software. 6. Ability to research and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment. 7. Leadership skills to guide customers through complex issues.
