Job Description - Customer Support Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:


As a Customer Support Specialist at Spirit AeroSystems Holdings, you will be responsible for providing exceptional remote customer service to our clients in Montreal, Quebec, CA. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer support role.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, order status, and issue resolution. 3. Document customer interactions and update customer profiles with accurate information. 4. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing customer concerns effectively. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer support. 6. Continuously improve customer support processes to enhance overall customer experience. 7. Adhere to company policies and procedures while interacting with customers.


Requirements: 1. Passionate about providing exceptional customer service. 2. Reliable and able to work independently in a remote setting. 3. Excellent emotional intelligence to understand and address customer needs effectively. 4. Strong planning skills to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently. 5. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software. 7. High school diploma or equivalent. 8. Must have a quiet workspace with reliable internet connection.
