Job Description:
Lithia Motors is seeking a dedicated and resilient Live Chat Assistant to join our team on a part-time remote basis in Montreal, Quebec, CA. As a Live Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through online chat services. This position is at the Associate level and requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Engage with customers in real-time through online chat to provide assistance, answer inquiries, and resolve issues promptly and professionally - Utilize persuasive communication skills to guide customers through the sales process and promote products and services - Collaborate with sales and support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in an online chat environment - Resilient and dedicated attitude towards providing excellent customer service - Strong persuasion skills and the ability to cooperate effectively with team members - Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in using online chat platforms and customer relationship management software - Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote work setting
