Job Description - Live Chat Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:


Henry Schein, a leading provider of healthcare products and services, is seeking a part-time Live Chat Assistant to join our team on a remote basis in Vancouver, British Columbia, CA. As an Associate Level Live Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through online chat communication.


Responsibilities: - Manage incoming chat requests from customers and provide timely and accurate responses to their inquiries - Assist customers with product information, orders, returns, and general questions - Identify and escalate any issues or concerns to the appropriate department for resolution - Maintain detailed records of all chat interactions and follow up with customers as needed - Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer satisfaction and retention - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers
