As a Live Chat Associate at Veritiv, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: - Providing exceptional customer service through live chat channels - Assisting customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and problem-solving - Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions - Collaborating with other team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction - Adhering to company policies and procedures
