PayPal Holdings is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Live Chat Associate to join our team on a part-time remote basis. As an Entry Level Live Chat Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through our online chat platform. This position is ideal for individuals who are confident in their communication skills and possess strong emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers in real-time through our live chat platform to assist with inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide support on PayPal products and services - Utilize decision-making skills to resolve customer concerns efficiently and effectively - Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Document all customer interactions and follow-up as needed - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: - Strong communication skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Emotional intelligence - Excellent decision-making abilities - Confidence in engaging with customers - Basic computer skills and knowledge of relevant software - High school diploma or equivalent
