Job Description:
We are seeking a talented Live Chat Manager to join our team at CH2M Hill in a remote work capacity based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This part-time role is at a mid-to-senior level and requires a minimum of 8 years of experience in customer service and chat management.
Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee live chat operations for our company, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction - Develop and implement strategies to optimize live chat performance, including response times, issue resolution, and customer engagement - Train and mentor live chat agents to deliver high-quality service and achieve key performance indicators - Analyze live chat data and customer feedback to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and best practices - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and IT, to enhance the overall customer experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in live chat management and customer service
Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in customer service, with a focus on live chat management - Resourceful and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for innovation and persuasion - Proven track record of driving results and improving customer satisfaction through chat operations - Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
