Job Description:
Celgene is seeking a dedicated and driven Live Chat Manager to join our remote team in Montreal, Quebec, CA. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 8 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing our live chat platform to provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Responsibilities: - Manage the day-to-day operations of the live chat platform, ensuring timely responses to customer inquiries and concerns - Train and supervise a team of chat agents to uphold Celgene's standards of customer service excellence - Analyze chat data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the live chat experience and drive customer engagement - Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the live chat platform - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in live chat management to continuously improve our services
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Proven experience in managing live chat platforms and customer service operations - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills - Strategic planning and analytical abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and live chat software
