Job Description - Live Chat Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


The Live Chat Manager at US Foods Holding is a crucial role within our company, responsible for overseeing and managing all live chat interactions with customers and providing exceptional customer service. This position is a part-time, remote work opportunity based in Vancouver, British Columbia, CA, with a mid-to-senior level of seniority and requiring at least 7 years of experience in a customer service or management role.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of live chat agents, including hiring, training, and supervising their performance - Monitor and respond to live chat interactions in a timely and professional manner - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase efficiency in live chat operations - Analyze live chat data and metrics to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in live chat customer service


Requirements: - Independent and reliable personality traits - Strong emotional intelligence and problem-solving skills - Excellent written communication skills - Experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment - Proficiency with live chat software and other customer service tools - Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
