Job Description:
Simon Property Group is seeking a motivated and experienced Live Chat Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Montreal, Quebec, CA. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong leadership skills to effectively manage our live chat platform.
Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the live chat platform, including monitoring chat conversations, responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. - Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the live chat system. - Train and supervise a team of live chat agents, providing guidance and support as needed. - Analyze data and reports to track performance metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to enhance the customer experience. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer service, and IT, to optimize the live chat platform and drive business objectives. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in live chat management to continuously improve our services.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. - Proven experience as a Live Chat Manager or similar role. - Strong leadership and communication skills. - Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure. - Reliable and adaptable personality traits. - Excellent research and project management skills. - Proficient in using live chat software and CRM systems. - Experience working in remote teams.
