Job Description - Live Chat Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Live Chat Manager to join our team at Trinity Industries. This position is a part-time remote work opportunity based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The ideal candidate for this role will have at least 6 years of experience in a similar position and be at a mid-to-senior level of seniority.


As a Live Chat Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our live chat customer service platform. This includes managing a team of chat agents, monitoring chat performance metrics, implementing chat strategies to improve customer satisfaction, and continuously optimizing the chat experience for users. Additionally, you will be responsible for handling escalated customer issues and providing training and support to chat agents.


To excel in this role, you must possess excellent research skills to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor chat strategies. You should also have strong persuasion skills to effectively communicate with customers and guide them towards a positive resolution.


Personality traits such as dedication and reliability are crucial for success in this role. The ability to work independently and prioritize tasks is essential for managing a remote team effectively.
