Job Description - Live Chat Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


We are looking for a skilled Live Chat Manager to join our team at Loews, a leading hotel and resort company, in Toronto, Ontario. This is a part-time remote work position with a mid-to-senior level of seniority, requiring at least 8 years of experience in customer service or chat management.


Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the live chat platform, ensuring prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries - Train and onboard new chat agents, providing ongoing coaching and support - Analyze chat data to identify trends and areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to optimize chat operations and enhance customer experience - Develop and implement chat strategies to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction - Monitor chat performance metrics and provide regular reports to management - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in live chat management


Requirements: - Hardworking and independent individual with a strong work ethic - Attention to detail and the ability to research and analyze data effectively - Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment - Proficiency in chat management software and customer service tools - Experience in hospitality or customer service industry is a plus - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
