Job Description - Live Chat Manager - Remote Work

We are looking for a dynamic Live Chat Manager to join our team at MGM Resorts International. This position offers the unique opportunity to work remotely from Vancouver, British Columbia, CA on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level employee, we are seeking candidates with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role who are energetic, adaptable, and possess strong decision-making and project management skills.


Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the live chat platform, ensuring a seamless and efficient customer experience - Develop and implement chat strategies to increase engagement and drive customer satisfaction - Train and support a team of live chat agents, providing guidance and feedback as needed - Monitor chat performance metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistency in messaging and customer service


Requirements: - Proven experience in a live chat management role, preferably in the hospitality or entertainment industry - Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in chat software and CRM systems - Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities - Project management experience is a plus
