Live Chat Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

Reynolds American is seeking a dedicated and experienced Live Chat Officer to join our team on a part-time, remote basis in Toronto, Ontario, CA. As a Live Chat Officer, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service through online chat platforms. This position is at the Associate level and requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through live chat platforms - Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution - Conduct research to answer customer questions accurately and efficiently - Manage chat queues and prioritize incoming requests - Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity in all interactions with customers - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements: - Hardworking and independent with a strong work ethic - Excellent research and time management skills - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or related role - Proficiency in using live chat platforms and CRM software - Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively - High school diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferred
