Job Description - Live Chat Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:


We are looking for a part-time Live Chat Specialist to join our team at SAP Canada, working remotely from Montreal, Quebec, CA. As an Associate Level Live Chat Specialist with a minimum of 4 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat interactions with our clients.


Responsibilities: - Respond to live chat inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, technical support, and issue resolution - Identify customers' needs and provide personalized solutions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Keep accurate records of interactions and transactions - Continuously seek ways to improve the live chat experience for customers - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends


Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or related field - Resourceful and passionate about providing excellent customer service - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Excellent planning and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using live chat software and other customer service tools
