Job Description:
Disney is seeking a talented Live Chat Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. As an Associate Level Live Chat Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support through live chat interactions.
Responsibilities: - Engage in live chat conversations with customers to address their inquiries, provide assistance, and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner - Demonstrate a strong understanding of Disney products, services, and promotions to effectively assist customers and drive sales - Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction - Collaborate with teammates and other departments to escalate complex issues and provide ongoing support to customers - Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores - Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to enhance the customer experience - Act as a brand ambassador for Disney, upholding the company's values and fostering positive relationships with customers
Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in a live chat support environment - Confident and adaptable personality, able to handle challenging customer interactions with grace and professionalism - Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey information to customers in a clear and concise manner - Proficiency in typing and multitasking, with the ability to navigate multiple chat conversations simultaneously - Familiarity with CRM software and live chat platforms is an asset - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
