Live Chat Specialist - Remote Work

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Live Chat Specialist to join our team at Burlington Stores in Toronto, Ontario. This is a remote work position, making it an ideal opportunity for individuals who prefer flexibility in their work schedule. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers in real-time through live chat to provide outstanding customer service and support - Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and assist with online shopping experiences - Utilize persuasion and critical thinking skills to guide customers towards making purchases - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and cohesive customer experience - Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve service delivery - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - Independent and confident personality traits are essential for success in this role - Strong persuasion and critical thinking skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using live chat software and other customer service tools - Experience working in a remote environment is a plus - High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
