Live Chat Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

As a Live Chat Specialist at Manulife, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through live chat interactions with customers. This is a remote work position based out of Montreal, Quebec, Canada. The role is part-time and at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through live chat - Assist customers with account management, policy information, and general inquiries - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members and other departments to provide a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry updates - Meet and exceed performance metrics and goals set by the company

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Excellent typing skills and ability to multitask - Resilient and resourceful in handling challenging situations - Emotional intelligence and adaptability to various customer needs and behaviors - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment - High school diploma or equivalent
