MetLife is seeking a part-time Remote Account Support Assistant to join our team in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 1 year of experience who are energetic, resilient, creative, and enjoy working in a collaborative team environment.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide administrative support to account managers by managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining client records. 2. Assist with data entry, analysis, and reporting to support strategic decision-making. 3. Communicate with clients via phone, email, and video conference to provide account support and address inquiries. 4. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to enhance client relationships and drive business growth. 5. Participate in training sessions to stay updated on industry trends, products, and best practices.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. 2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 3. Excellent communication and organizational skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Prior experience in customer service or account management is a plus.
