Remote Account Support Assistant

Job Description:

As a Remote Account Support Assistant at J.B. Hunt Transport Services, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring smooth account management processes. This part-time position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of customer service best practices.

Responsibilities: - Responding to client inquiries and concerns in a timely manner - Assisting the Account Manager in managing client accounts - Coordinating with various internal teams to resolve issues and meet client needs - Updating and maintaining client records and account information - Providing regular reports and updates to clients on their accounts - Assisting with project management tasks as needed - Demonstrating emotional intelligence in challenging situations

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years experience in a customer service or account support role - Resilient and passionate about providing top-notch support to clients - Strong project management skills and ability to multitask effectively - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work remotely and independently - Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates
