Remote Account Support Associate

Job Description:

Dick’s Sporting Goods is seeking a motivated and resourceful Remote Account Support Associate to join our team in Montreal, Quebec, CA. As an Associate Level position, the Remote Account Support Associate will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers and assisting with various account-related tasks.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance via phone, email, and chat - Manage customer accounts and provide support with account-related issues - Process customer orders and ensure timely and accurate delivery - Collaborate with other team members to ensure exceptional customer service - Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation - Work closely with the sales team to support account management efforts - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or account support role - Resourceful and motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work effectively in a remote or virtual environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
