Job Description:
The Account Support Associate at Airgas will be responsible for providing support to the account management team in Toronto, Ontario. This is a part-time, entry-level position ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be hardworking and resilient, with strong people management and teamwork skills.
Responsibilities: 1. Assist the account management team in maintaining relationships with clients and ensuring customer satisfaction. 2. Prepare sales reports, presentations, and proposals for the account managers. 3. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients. 4. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner. 5. Assist in the creation and implementation of account management strategies to drive sales and growth. 6. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the company CRM system. 7. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs. 8. Provide administrative support to the account management team as needed.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or account support role. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate effectively with others. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software. 5. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. 6. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 7. Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
