Account Support Associate

Job Description:

ConAgra Foods is seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable Account Support Associate to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing support to our account management team in various aspects of client relations and account maintenance.

Responsibilities: - Assist account managers with day-to-day tasks such as data entry, report generation, and client communication - Conduct research and analysis to support strategic decision-making - Coordinate meetings and appointments with clients and internal teams - Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals - Monitor account activity and track performance metrics - Provide exceptional customer service to clients by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Motivated self-starter with a strong desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
