Account Support Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Account Support Associate at Bed Bath & Beyond. This position will be remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home in Montreal, Quebec, CA. As an Associate Level role, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities: - Provide support to key accounts and assist with account management duties - Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues - Assist with order processing, tracking, and delivery logistics - Monitor account health and identify opportunities for growth - Conduct market research and analyze data to support account strategies - Meet or exceed performance goals and KPIs set by the company

Requirements: - Confident and passionate individual with excellent communication skills - Strong time management and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Experience in retail or customer service is a plus
