Job Description: We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Account Support Manager to join our team at Tyson Foods in Montreal, Quebec, CA. As a part-time position with a mid-to-senior level of seniority, the Account Support Manager will play a crucial role in supporting our key accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts, building strong relationships and providing exceptional customer service - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services to customers - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement - Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase customer retention - Monitor account performance and prepare regular reports for management review - Lead cross-functional teams to address customer issues and resolve conflicts in a timely manner - Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities for growth
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Minimum of 6 years of experience in account management or related role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proven track record of meeting sales targets and exceeding customer expectations - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Adaptable and driven personality with a creative approach to problem-solving
