Job Description:
The Account Support Manager at Raytheon in Montreal, Quebec will be responsible for managing and supporting key client accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in a similar role and will possess a strong work ethic and a drive to succeed. This is a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, requiring a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain relationships with key client accounts - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and effective manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success - Provide support and guidance to clients throughout the customer lifecycle - Manage account renewal processes and identify upsell opportunities - Analyze client feedback and implement strategies to improve customer experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices - Work closely with the sales team to achieve revenue targets
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - 6+ years of experience in an account management or customer support role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proven track record of exceeding customer expectations and driving customer retention - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Driven and hardworking personality traits - Strong teamwork and innovation skills
