Job Description: Anthem is seeking a dynamic and experienced Remote Account Support Manager to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. As a mid-to-senior level professional, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients, managing accounts remotely, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts - Provide support and guidance to clients remotely - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and issues - Monitor account performance and identify areas for improvement - Implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and retention - Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments - Analyze data and trends to make informed business decisions
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Minimum of 8 years of experience in account management or related field - Strong negotiation skills - Innovative thinking and problem-solving abilities - Driven and motivated to exceed targets and deliver exceptional service - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - Willingness to travel for client meetings as needed
