Job Description:
Publix Super Markets is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Account Support Manager to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. As a part-time Account Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key customer accounts and providing exceptional support to ensure their satisfaction and continued partnership with the company.
Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer accounts, serving as the main point of contact for any inquiries or issues. - Develop a deep understanding of each customer's business needs and goals in order to provide tailored support and solutions. - Monitor account performance and analyze data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. - Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to develop strategies to meet customer needs and drive revenue growth. - Provide regular updates and reports to management on account status, performance, and opportunities. - Proactively address any customer concerns or issues to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention. - Stay current on industry trends and customer preferences to anticipate future needs and opportunities.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. - Minimum of 6 years of experience in account management or customer support. - Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Independent and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. - Experience working with large-scale accounts or in a retail environment is a plus.
