Job Description - Account Support Manager


Job Description:


PPL is seeking a part-time Account Support Manager to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. As an Associate-level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 5 years of experience in account management or a related field. The ideal candidate will possess the personality traits of reliability and energy, along with soft skills in strategic planning and people management.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction. 2. Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and retention goals. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and resolve any issues or concerns. 4. Conduct regular check-ins with clients to review performance metrics and identify areas for improvement. 5. Provide support and guidance to junior account support staff, assisting with training and development. 6. Analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions and recommendations for account growth.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or a similar role. 3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 4. Ability to think strategically and creatively to solve complex problems. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software. 6. Experience in people management and mentoring. 7. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
