Job Description:
Fifth Third Bancorp is seeking a talented and experienced Account Support Manager to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. As a reputable financial institution, Fifth Third Bancorp is committed to providing exceptional service to our clients and supporting them in achieving their financial goals.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of client accounts, managing all aspects of their financial needs and providing exceptional customer service. - Develop strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial objectives and proactively offering solutions to meet their needs. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of client transactions and requests. - Monitor account activity and report any discrepancies or issues to senior management. - Analyze client portfolios and make recommendations for investment opportunities or risk management strategies. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and best practices are followed at all times. - Provide training and support to junior team members as needed. - Meet quarterly and annual sales targets set by senior management.
Requirements: - Minimum of 8 years of experience in the financial services industry. - Proven track record of managing client accounts and exceeding sales targets. - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues. - Excellent organizational and time management skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Demonstrated passion for the financial services industry and a resilient attitude towards challenges. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. - Previous experience in people management and strategic planning. - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
