Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Support Manager to join our team at Seaboard in Toronto, Ontario, CA. As a mid-to-senior level part-time position, the Account Support Manager will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring that their needs are met with the highest level of service.
Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts, building strong relationships and understanding their unique business needs. 2. Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to clients. 3. Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement account strategies that drive revenue growth and client satisfaction. 4. Conduct regular account reviews to assess performance and provide insights for improvement. 5. Address any client concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner, working closely with internal teams to find solutions. 6. Monitor account activity and track key performance indicators to ensure that goals are being met. 7. Prepare and deliver presentations to clients that showcase the value of our products and services. 8. Analyze client data and trends to identify patterns and opportunities for improvement. 9. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to provide valuable insights to clients. 10. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 6 years of experience in account management or customer support roles. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients. 3. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs. 4. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively. 5. A high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred. 8. Hardworking and driven personality traits. 9. Strong presentation and analytical skills. 10.
