Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the main point of contact for assigned key accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. 2. Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any questions or concerns in a timely and professional manner. 3. Develop and implement strategic account plans to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 4. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to meet client needs and exceed expectations. 5. Analyze account performance data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities. 6. Conduct regular account reviews and meetings to keep clients informed and engaged. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market developments to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients. 8. Support the sales team in identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field. 2. Minimum of 8 years of experience in account management or client support. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 6. Proven track record of managing key accounts and driving revenue growth. 7. Resourceful and dedicated with a strong customer-centric mindset. 8. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 9. Experience in the technology or IT industry is preferred.
