Job Description - Account Support Manager

Job Description:


Emerson Electric is seeking a dedicated and experienced Account Support Manager to join our team in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. As a key member of our organization, the Account Support Manager will be responsible for managing and supporting our key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving revenue growth.


Responsibilities: 1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, serving as the main point of contact for all customer inquiries and issues. 2. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns and provide ongoing support to meet client needs. 3. Analyze account performance data and develop strategies to increase customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth. 4. Lead negotiations with clients on pricing, contracts, and other key business terms to ensure profitable outcomes for the company. 5. Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for business development and growth within key accounts. 6. Provide regular reports on account performance, revenue forecasts, and strategic initiatives to the leadership team. 7. Work closely with the sales team to identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within key accounts. 8. Maintain a high level of professionalism and uphold the company's values and standards in all customer interactions.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 6 years of experience in an account management or customer support role. 2. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. 3. Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to confidently represent the company in client interactions. 4. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets and KPIs. 5. Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. 6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 8. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
