The Account Support Manager at Cablevision Systems is a key role responsible for providing exceptional customer support and account management services while working remotely from home in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This part-time position is ideal for a professional with 6 years of experience at a mid-to-senior level who possesses a strong work ethic, is reliable, and resilient.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage client accounts, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction. 2. Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and coordination in managing client relationships. 3. Prepare and analyze reports on account status, sales performance, and customer feedback to provide insights for strategic decision-making. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of products and services to clients. 5. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the company database. 7. Requirements: 1. 6 years of experience in account management or customer support roles. 2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 3. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 5. Adaptability to changing business needs and priorities. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
