Job Description:


Omnicom Group is seeking a talented and experienced Account Support Manager to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. This is a part-time remote position, ideal for candidates with 6 years of experience in account management or customer support roles.


As the Account Support Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving revenue growth. You will serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with internal teams to develop and implement strategies to meet clients' needs and achieve business objectives.


Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and personalized service - Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services to existing clients - Collaborate with colleagues to develop account plans and strategies to meet client goals - Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly - Provide regular status updates and reports to clients on project progress and performance - Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth - Assist in the onboarding of new clients and ensuring a smooth transition process - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system


Requirements: - 6 years of experience in account management, customer support, or a related field - Energetic and motivated personality with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service - Strong planning and research skills with the ability to analyze data and market trends - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively - Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
