Job Description - Account Support Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Support Manager to join our team at DISH Network. This is a work from home position based in Vancouver, British Columbia, CA. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 8 years of experience in account management, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key accounts and providing exceptional support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.


Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as the main point of contact for all account-related inquiries and requests. 2. Develop strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and resolve any client issues or concerns. 4. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase account value and drive business growth. 5. Provide regular reports and updates on account performance, highlighting key metrics and KPIs. 6. Conduct regular account reviews to assess client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement. 7. Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Proven experience in account management, preferably in the telecommunications industry. 3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 4. Excellent problem-solving abilities and strategic planning skills. 5. Adaptable and motivated with a strong customer focus. 6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
