Job Description:
Philip Morris International is seeking a part-time Account Support Manager to work from home in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. This position is ideal for individuals at the mid-to-senior level with at least 6 years of experience in account management and support. The Account Support Manager will be responsible for maintaining and growing existing client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the sales team in achieving their targets.
Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly - Collaborate with the sales team to strategize on account growth opportunities - Provide product and service information to clients and address any inquiries or concerns - Monitor account performance and prepare regular reports for senior management - Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services - Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices - Stay up to date on industry trends and developments to better serve clients
Requirements: - 6+ years of experience in account management or customer support - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Adaptable and dedicated personality traits - Creativity and teamwork as important soft skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
