Job Description:


Auto-Owners Insurance is seeking a talented and experienced Account Support Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Montreal, Quebec. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 6 years of experience in a similar role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.


Responsibilities: 1. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. 2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all client needs are met and issues are resolved effectively. 4. Analyze client data and trends to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services. 5. Create and maintain accurate client records and document all interactions for future reference. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide clients with the most relevant and effective support.


Requirements: 1. At least 6 years of experience in a customer support or account management role. 2. Energetic and passionate about providing exceptional service to clients. 3. Strong creativity and innovation skills to approach client challenges in unique and effective ways. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
