Account Support Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Account Support Manager to join our team at EY in Toronto, Ontario. This is a part-time, work-from-home position with a mid-to-senior level of seniority. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in a similar role and possess the personality traits of being resourceful and adaptable, as well as the soft skills of cooperation and time management.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction - Provide support to the Account Manager in developing account plans and strategies - Assist in managing project timelines, budgets, and deliverables - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver on client objectives - Monitor and analyze account performance, identifying areas for improvement - Provide regular reports and updates to clients on account status and progress - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to drive client success - Handle any client inquiries or issues in a timely and professional manner

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Proven experience in a client-facing account management role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent organizational and time management abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work independently and in a remote environment - Availability to work flexible hours as needed
