Account Support Officer

Job Description:

Precision Castparts in Vancouver, British Columbia is seeking a part-time Account Support Officer to join our team at the Associate Level. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, be adaptable, passionate, skilled in people management, and thrive in a teamwork-oriented environment.

Responsibilities: - Provide support to the Account Management team in all aspects of client account management - Assist in preparing and analyzing client reports and financial data - Communicate with clients to address inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client needs are met - Maintain accurate client records and documentation - Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention - Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed

Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience in a similar role - Strong adaptability and passion for delivering exceptional service - Excellent people management skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
