Account Support Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and confident Account Support Officer to join our team at Rio Tinto in Vancouver, British Columbia, CA. As an entry-level position, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in a dynamic and innovative environment.

Responsibilities: - Provide support to account managers in managing client accounts - Assist in preparing and organizing financial reports and documents - Communicate with clients to address any inquiries or issues - Analyze financial data to identify trends and patterns - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions - Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to better support clients

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a related field - Confident and motivated individual - Strong emotional intelligence and analytical skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred
