Job Description - Remote Account Support Officer

Job Description:


Cognizant Technology Solutions is seeking a Remote Account Support Officer to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. This part-time role at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. We are looking for a passionate and hardworking individual with strong decision-making skills and adaptability.


Responsibilities: - Provide remote account support to clients, assisting with account management tasks and resolving any issues that arise - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and video calls to address inquiries and provide solutions - Ensure accurate and timely processing of client requests and transactions - Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate efforts and deliver exceptional service to clients - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and industry trends to best serve client needs - Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and tools used for account support


Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a similar role - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong decision-making abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
