Account Support Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

As an Account Support Officer at Inter Pipeline, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients while working from the comfort of your own home in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This part-time, entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are passionate and adaptable, with strong time management and people management skills.

Responsibilities: - Responding to client inquiries and providing support via phone, email, and chat - Assisting clients with billing, payment processing, and account inquiries - Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborating with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Providing feedback on customer concerns and trends to improve service quality - Meeting and exceeding performance metrics and targets - Working closely with other departments to resolve client issues efficiently

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with clients - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
