Job description:


As an Account Support Officer at Nucor, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients while working from home in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. This part-time, entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. We are looking for passionate and resilient individuals with strong soft skills in strategic planning and adaptability.


Responsibilities: 1. Handle customer inquiries and provide necessary assistance in a timely manner. 2. Process orders, manage accounts, and maintain accurate records of all interactions. 3. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 4. Identify opportunities for growth and upselling to maximize revenue. 5. Assist in resolving account issues and escalations promptly and effectively. 6. Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitors. 7. Support the development and implementation of strategic account plans.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Experience in customer service or account management is a plus. 6. Must be able to work remotely and have a reliable internet connection.
